An "obi" (meaning "belt") is a paper strip that used to come wrapped around a Japanese 12" record cover. Although the paper cover attached to the spine of a Japanese CD case is not an obi in the strictest sense, the term is still used to describe it.

was provided by the discography compiler. Information in round brackets, as in

This is the revised edition issued after "Dear God" became a hit single in North America, dropping "Mermaid Smiled" from the original track list in favour of "Dear God." The Canadian edition separated "Dear God" from the next track, "Dying," while the American joined them together.
